How to login to Raptor Panel?

After i finish install raptor cache and open 192.168.10.2:82 in the browser and write

user: admin
Pass: admin

this message show and can't open the Panel ..... any Solution

debes de reiniciar el proxy para que las configuraciones surtan efecto

i restart the proxy server and still can't login RaptorCachr Panel
