Si deshabilitando el Raptor continúa el problema, entonces el problema no es con el Raptor.

Si alguien más no lo reporto es porque no tiene ese problema; como te dije si deshabilitando el Raptor el problema continúa entonces no es con el Raptor, tal vez necesites una configuración extra en el Squid, si crees que con otro sistema te va mejor sería mejor que lo uses.
En ocasiones hay problemas puntuales que tienen algunos usuarios y lo que conlleva a un mal funcionamiento, pero es solucionable con una configuración extra, voy a tratar de simular ese escenario de error para poder identificar a que se debe esa anomalía y poder dar las pautas de solución en esos casos.

amigo yo, estoy usando el raptor y cero problemas con el desde que lo instale con los moviles ni tablets, lo tengo en paralelo a mikrotik y tal cual como viene para instalar desde esta pagina, puedo usar la redireccion por mangle o la de nat, y cero porblemas no hago cache de los dns en el raptor sino en el MK, si has modificado algo el las configuraciones del raptor les sugiero instalar desde cero incluyenendo el debian para que sea una instalacion en limpio, si no han tocado nada debe de haber algo mal en tus reglas del MK de resto no veo cual sera su problema ya que no hay de otra

Amigo le felicito si tu raptor esta trabajando bien. Somos mucho lo que tenemos el problema.

Como le dije, su caso es como a algunos pocos que les presenta este tipo de problemas; se está evaluando al hacer ese tipo de escenarios, debe que entender que no es fácil, y para posteriormente dar una solución en esos casos.

amogo le puedo hechar una manio aver que se ve en su raptor y en el MK de alli tal vez pueda que veamos si hay algo mal o sino esperar a que nuestros moderadores terminen de evaluar lo que le puede estar pasando , si gustas via team y luego comento por aqui si encontre algo

Gracias amigo por tu aporte y veo lo que comentaba ya que vi a algunos que dejaban deny all, y asi dejan la regla de youtube por gusto, otro detalle que he visto en tu configuracion de squid la cual puedes mejorar es la de la linea 174 al 177 dejandola asi:

Despues de dar mil vueltas a varios foros, leer documentacion, apuntar los dns, al mikrotik, modificar el squid.conf,

NADA, NADA de eso funcionaba, para que navegaran los celulares, solo funcionaba que deshabilitara el raptor y navegaban
