RAPTOCACHE aparece como Estado de Raptor:"offline" y Estado de Squid "offline"

Hola, alguien sabe porque el RAPTOCACHE aparece como Estado de Raptor:"offline" / Estado de Squid "offline" ??'

y cuando lo pongo en marcha junto al mirokit no abre las paginas http solo las https y oviamente tampoco cachea alguien me puede ayudar Se lo agradecira mucho

modificar la parte su rallada..ya le puse tu rango esto permitirá cachar..

si ya vi que esa parte de hecho es otro mi rango de red, lo que yo necesito saber es como edito eso? lo puedo ver en el squid del raptor pero como lo edito y guardo cambios?
