Raptor no hace caché

He indagado en el foro a ver si consigo solución pero nada, alguien por favor que me eche una mano.
Soy nuevo, Hice la instalacion desde cero, tengo mikrotik v6 así que no utilice Queue Tree. Utilizo Simple Queue para full caché. pero nada de nada que funciona.
Les dejo a continuación toda la configuracion que tengo.

Tengo Tres LAN:

RAPTOR: 192.168.55.2
LAN1: 192.168.66.0/24
LAN2: 192.168.77.0/24

Podrian decirme si la configuración del SQUID.CONF la hice bien??, ya que poseo 3 LAN y no estoy seguro si realmente va así.

Gracias WALYN, ya el amigo jsuarez me había ayudado con eso, y efectivamente, parece que el problema estaba en la instalación del raptor, hubo que reinstalar, pero ya todo está funcionando bien.
